Body-Positive Bombshells:
Celebrating diversity and self-love, this category is dedicated to embracing all body types and empowering performers to showcase their strength and beauty on the pole. Judging is based on a combination of the Technical and Artistic systems.
Entertainment:
This category focuses on the performer's ability to interpret music in a captivating and entertaining manner. Whether it's a comical or upbeat performance, contestants will showcase their creativity and stage presence. Judging is based on the Artistic system.
Low Flow & Floorwork:
Explore the art of dance around the pole and on the floor, without the aerial element. From sensual and sexy to contemporary and lyrical, performers may express themselves through various styles while keeping their movement close to the ground. Judging is based on the Technical system.
Exotic:
Celebrate sensual movement and artistic expression in this category that welcomes slink, slide, body wave, and hip roll. Heels are welcome but not required. Judging is based on the Artistic system.
Championship:
For those seeking a traditional technical competitive program, the Championship category focuses equally on technique, artistry, and routine difficulty. Judging is based on the Technical system.
Required moves:
Beginner: fan kick, standard climb, hook and roll combo
Intermediate: aerial split, inversion from floor or upright move entry, pretty climb
Advanced: aerial invert to brass hook, drop or flip, ayesha, side climb
Floor work /low flow:
Beginner: tick tock legs, cleopatra, back slide
Intermediate: shoulder stand (with or without pole), floor jade, diamond pirouette
Advanced: fish flop, handstand (one hand grip or off pole), kip/ flip
